These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of ebookweb.in (the "Site") and your purchase of The 30-Day Career Productivity Reset (the "Ebook"). The Site is operated by Zeroknot Publishing ("we", "us", "our"). The Ebook is written by Sovan Das. By using the Site or buying the Ebook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy the Ebook.

1. The product

The Ebook is a digital PDF workbook of 467 pages. It is a digital product only. No physical copy is shipped. It can be read on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, and its worksheets can be printed or filled in digitally.

2. Price and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The current launch price is ₹199, and the regular price of ₹799 applies after 15 October 2026. The price shown on the payment page at the time you pay is the price you are charged.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay on its own secure payment page. You may pay by any method Razorpay offers, such as UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
• Your order is complete only when Razorpay confirms that your payment was successful. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself.
• We may change prices or offers at any time. A change does not affect orders that have already been paid for.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, the Ebook is delivered digitally to the email address you gave on the payment page. Delivery is normally quick but may occasionally take longer. Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you have not received it within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your payment ID and we will resend it.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at payment. We cannot deliver to an address that was entered incorrectly, though we will help you fix it if you contact us with proof of payment.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Because the Ebook is a digital product that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the Ebook has been delivered, except in the cases below. In these cases, contact us within 7 days of payment with your payment ID:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order. We will refund the extra payment.
• Payment taken but no delivery: your payment succeeded but we were unable to deliver the Ebook. We will deliver it, or refund you if we cannot.
• Faulty file: the file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider, and is commonly 5 to 7 working days. If a payment fails but money was debited, the amount is normally returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay.

5. Licence and copyright

The Ebook, including its text, worksheets, templates, checklists, design and cover, is protected by copyright and belongs to Zeroknot Publishing and Sovan Das. When you buy the Ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to print or fill in its worksheets for your own use.

You may not, without our written permission:

• copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the Ebook or any part of it, whether free or for payment;
• post it on file-sharing sites, groups, channels or messaging communities;
• remove any copyright notice or identifying information from it; or
• use it to create or sell other products or courses.

If you want to use the Ebook for a team or organisation, contact us for a suitable licence. Unauthorised sharing or copying may lead to legal action.

6. Nature of the content and no guarantee of results

The Ebook is provided for general information and personal development. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. Productivity results depend on many factors, including your role, effort, workplace and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome from reading or following the Ebook.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, misuse the payment process or use it to commit fraud. We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and the Ebook are provided "as is". We try to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Site or the Ebook is limited to the amount you paid for the Ebook, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. The Terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [YOUR CITY, STATE], India.
